The university has available 4 dormitories, 3 of them are situated on the campus. These are sectional type dormitories. There are 8 rooms in one section. 2 or 3 students live in a room. There is a toilet, a washroom and a kitchen with electric ovens. The rooms are furnished and students are provided with bed clothes (bed clothes are changed once a week).

There are sections of enhanced comfort. These sections have shower units, washing machines, furnished kitchen (a ready-built kitchen, a microwave). There are refrigerators, TV-sets and laptops in rooms of enhanced comfort. Cost of accommodation in sections of enhanced comfort is 490 rubles per night.
Safety living conditions are created in all the dormitories: iron doors, automatic fire alarm systems are installed in every section, pass control is in charge of watchmen and participants of students law enforcement detachment “Bars”.
In the dormitory there are places for self study furnished with computers with Internet access. There is a library and a gym.
There is a health post, prophylactic sanatorium, psychologists office, police commissioner.
